Tim provides tax services, financial models and consulting services to clients in the real estate industry. He specializes in helping owners and developers successfully complete their commercial and residential real estate projects using tax credits including affordable housing (LIHTC), historic, new market, brownfield energy. Tim joined MarksNelson in 2016 after working for Marsh and Company.
